Angelos joined Your Legal Partners in April 2022. He provides support to partners and associates on general corporate and civil law matters. Despite the young of his age, he has acquired experience in dealing with real estate issues, assisting on due diligence reports.

George Androniadis joined Your Legal Partners in June 2022.
His expertise focuses on real estate, corporate and M&A and restructuring.
He has participated in numerous due diligence exercises and has assisted in the drafting of shareholders and share purchase agreements in the context of corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions.
George advises on all spectrum of corporate matters including compliance, company formation and corporate governance issues. His practice includes the entire range of property matters, including project finance, purchase and sale of properties, and lease agreements.
