Your Legal Partners advised a group of Greek investors in acquiring a shareholding in the trading leg of Pharmathen from investment firm BC Partners. We negotiated the share purchase agreement and several commercial agreements regarding the distribution of pharmaceutical products and their licensing, both in Greece and Cyprus. We also prepared a full notification file and assisted on the merger control clearance required by the Cyprus Commission for the Protection of Competition.
