Our real estate team is involved in a number of the most innovative and complex real estate projects including infrastructure projects, commercial and residential complexes. We have a proven record in acting for domestic and international players in the market (sponsors, developers, financial institutions) advising on transaction structuring, legal due diligence, project and financing documentation.

We have a particularly strong track record in public-private partnerships (PPPs). We regularly represent bidding consortia during the tender process of PPP projects. In this context we perform a due diligence review of the projects, provide advice on public procurement issues, project risk assessment and bidding consortium structure and assist in drafting and negotiating contracts between consortium members. We have also represented successful bidders during the financing of prominent PPP projects. We have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating project documentation, financing and security documentation and managing the process up to financial close.
