Our Banking practice covers the full range of international and domestic finance activities with a particular emphasis on structured finance, asset finance, project finance and LBOs.

We have a very strong record in international, high profile, pioneer (mostly ‘first-of-kind’ in Greece) and intellectually demanding structured finance legal work. We have acted for some of the world’s leading investment and commercial banks on securitisations and covered bond transactions.

We can also advise on related issues such as compliance and regulatory matters and we routinely undertake related advisory work.

We also have a strong restructuring practice advising lenders and borrowers in refinancings, debt reschedulings and restructurings as well as the financing of distressed assets.
