We advised DIMAND, one of the leading real estate developers in Greece, on the formation of a joint venture with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), to invest in commercial real estate as well as in hospitality and leisure projects in Greece. Our involvement included drafting and negotiating the shareholder agreement as well as advising on all corporate issues.
