Evergolf teamed up with Golf Residences, owned by the Sbokos family, operator of a number of hotels in Crete. Your Legal Partners advised on all issues of acquisition, including competition committee clearance as well as the financing provided by Alpha Bank. We also advised the company on the finance facility of EUR 63.5 million through Alpha Bank. Golf Residences is the owner and operator of the Blue Palace, a luxury resort and spa, as well as Agapi Beach Resort, Cretan Malian Park, Village Heights and Koutouloufari Village Holiday Club in Crete. Following completion of the acquisition, the two companies merged with Golf Residences absorbing Evergolf Tourist Investments.
