Your Legal Partners is representing Piraeus Bank on the securitisation of three portfolios totaling approximately EUR 4 billion of non-performing corporate and business loans, and a EUR 1 billion portfolio of residential mortgage-backed assets. The transaction will be conducted in accordance with the Greek securitisation law and will rely on a recent law allowing the Greek state to guarantee the senior tranche. DVLaw is acting as co-counsel for Piraeus Bank, with JP Morgan and Alantra as arrangers.
