We have successfully represented a prominent Greek construction company in a EUR 50 million four-year long ICC arbitration relating to claims under a services sub-contract as part of an EPC contract for an energy plant. In the framework of the same dispute, we are also acting on behalf of claimants before the Greek civil courts.
