Your Legal Partners advised the Sponsor in a Greek PPP project of 12 Schools financed by EIB. A senior long term debt facility of EUR 38.2m has been provided equally by the EIB and the National Bank of Greece through the JESSICA Fund. This together with 12 Attica Schools Project marked the reopening of the Greek PPP market.
