Your Legal Partners advised the lender, National Bank of Greece, on the financing of two wind parks of 16.5 MW and 21.6 MW nominal capacity in North Kynouria and Thiva areas, respectively. We drafted the finance and security documents and conducted due diligence. Additionally, we provided legal advice on the refinancing of the existing loans of eight Photovoltaic Park companies as well as being legal advisers to the lenders during the construction of these projects.
