We have been appointed by the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participation (HCAP) following a tender process to serve as legal advisors – in a consortium between Deloitte FCNC Financial Advisors – Doxiadis Associates Consultants and DVLaw – in relation to the development of Kalamata International Airport. Our involvement includes the assessment of the current status, the structure of the concession and the preparation of the tender documents.
