We have been appointed as legal advisers to Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) in relation to the refinancing by Alpha Bank of 100% of the outstanding debt obligations of the two SPVs holding the concession for the two clusters of the Greek Regional Airports, Fraport Regional Airports of Greece A S.A. (“FGA”) / Fraport Regional Airports of Greece B SA (“FGB”) expected to be amounting to € 913,751,352.
