Your Legal Partners advised Autohellas in setting up a joint venture with Samelet, leading company in automotive and mobility services market in Israel which will become Stellantis partner in the Greek market for the import and distribution of Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional and Jeep brands. The JV has agreed to acquire the existing FCA Italy S.p.A. distribution subsidiary for these brands.
