We are pleased to announce that Your Legal Partners successfully acted as legal advisor to the sponsors, a consortium between AVAX GROUP and MYTILINEOS S.A., in the first road Public Private Partnership agreement for the design, financing and construction of the Eastern Ring Road of Thessaloniki (FlyΟver), which was signed on December 19, 2022. Our team led by partners Katerina Politopoulou and Prokopis Linardos, assisted by associate Spyros Rinakakis, also advises the consortium on the €425mio financing of the project by Piraeus Bank. We are excited to see this landmark project come to fruition. Thessaloniki FlyOver is the largest road project in the area and it will relieve the city from traffic congestion.
