Your Legal Partners advised Streem Global S.A., leading player in the logistics sector in SE Europe, on the successful acquisition of a logistics center with a surface area of 33,000 sq.m., on a 60,000 sq.m. plot, located at the Industrial Area of Thessaloniki, near Kalochori, the second largest industrial hub of the region, through a shares sale and purchase transaction. The plot includes a railway infrastructure, that is connected to the national railway network and can support the transportation of cargo to central Europe by train. This investment is part of broader plan of Streem Global to create a strong group of companies providing integrated logistics services in Greece and the wider SE Europe region.
