This project involves the secondary sale of part of a portfolio (Cosmos Loan Portfolio), being purchased from Alpha Bank S.A., according to securitization law. We assisted Investors through every step of the sale process, from negotiation to the execution of relevant transaction documents, including LSPA, Servicing Agreement according to Greek law 5072/2023.
