Your Legal Partners acted as legal advisor to Premia Properties R.E.I.C. for the acquisition of a 50% share participation in Navarino Vineyards S.A. Navarino Vineyards S.A. is member of the TEMES S.A. Group, which owns Costa Navarino resort, home to four 5-star deluxe hotels in Messinia, Greece.

Goal of the acquisition by Premia Properties was the expansion of Navarino Vineyards’ winemaking capacities, as well as the development of sophisticated winery and Food & Beverages premises in the region Trifilia municipality, Messinia. The transaction also involved the establishment through Hellenic Wineries S.A. along with the participation of TEMES S.A. of an operational company for the production and distribution of high-end wines, produced on the land and premises of Navarino Vineyards.

Your Legal Partners assisted Premia Properties and Hellenic Wineries S.A on real-estate and M&A matters. In addition, it represented both companies before the competent Hellenic Competition Committee, in the relevant, anti-trust and merger-control notification procedures.
