Your Legal Partners acted as legal advisor for the sponsor of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project “Design, Construction, Financing, Maintenance and Operation of Seventeen School Units in the Region of Central Macedonia,” signed on October 30, 2024. The project, undertaken by the consortium of Metlen Energy & Metals and ATESE, represents an investment of €137.6 million and is anticipated to make a substantial impact on educational infrastructure in the region.

Our PPP Infrastructure team was led by Prokopis Linardos, Partner together with Spyros Rinakakis, Senior Associate and Natassa Papadopoulou, Associate.

This 27-year contract (2 years for construction and 25 years for management) will facilitate the construction of modern facilities designed to accommodate approximately 5.000 students across nine municipalities in Central Macedonia. The project not only aims to meet high standards of design and functionality but also to contribute meaningfully to the region’s educational needs.
