Your Legal Partners advised OB Streem Group in connection with two bond loans totalling up to €655,500,000, marking one of the most significant financing transactions in the Greek logistics sector.
OB Streem is the largest logistics group in Greece, established through the acquisition and full integration of several leading domestic logistics brands. The Group offers a combined platform for road, sea, and air freight forwarding, alongside contract logistics and warehousing services, with an actively expanding footprint across the Balkans.
The financing was structured to refinance the Group’s existing debt and to support its broader investment plan, including strategic acquisitions and the development of two major infrastructure projects:
- The Goldware Project — a 40,000 sq.m. LEED Gold certified warehouse and photovoltaic plant.
- The Hull Logistics Park Project — a 140,000 sq.m. logistics and multi-purpose facility strategically located near key transportation hubs, including the national highway, railway, and seashore.
