YLP acted as legal advisor to the sponsors, a consortium between AVAX and MYTILINEOS, in the first road PPP agreement for the design, financing and construction of the Eastern Ring Road of Thessaloniki (FlyΟver). Our team also advises the consortium on the €425mio financing of the project by Piraeus Bank.
