Panagiota Maragkozoglou joined Your Legal Partners in May 2025. Her practice focuses on corporate law, real estate law, banking law and energy law. She is often involved in M&A, project finance and real estate transactions, advising both domestic and international clients during the whole lifecycle of such transactions and she regularly provides legal advice to companies in relation to their formation, structure, operation, corporate governance and compliance. She also participates in the conduct of legal due diligence from the aspect of corporate, real estate, energy law and other regulatory-like issues. Her expertise also covers drafting, negotiating and reviewing corporate and commercial agreements, as well as finance and security documents within the context of finance transactions in various industries.
