Maria Golfinopoulou is co–founder and managing partner of Your Legal Partners. She advises on M&A, corporate, competition, real estate and privatisation matters. She has a particular expertise in antitrust and merger control cases, and advises major international corporations on structuring their business to comply with antitrust laws.
She has led teams on major mergers and acquisitions, privatisations and real estate projects structuring, documenting and negotiating complex commercial transactions. She also advises on data protection and privacy matters.
She represents clients from various industries, such as investment funds, real estate development, tobacco, information technology, toys and games, energy, petroleum, and media and advertising.
