Spyros Rinakakis joined Your Legal Partners in April 2021.

Spyros focuses on corporate law & compliance, consumer law and real estate. He regularly advises clients in corporate establishment and structuring, day-to-day corporate commercial operations, and their regulatory compliance. He carries out legal due diligence, with a focus on real estate transactions, drafts transactional documentation and handles Greek law formalities required for the completion of acquisitions of both real estate properties and companies.
