Sofrini Sideri joined Your Legal Partners in November 2023. Her expertise covers a wide spectrum of corporate matters including corporate re-structuring, and M&As at a local and cross border level. She carries out legal due diligence work, drafts and negotiates commercial agreements. She also advises banks in negotiating, drafting of finance and security documents within the context of complex financing and refinancing transactions in several sectors with emphasis in energy sector and infrastructure projects. Sofrini’s experience also includes advising domestic and multinational corporate clients, on commercial, corporate and regulatory matters.
