Angelos joined Your Legal Partners in April 2022. His practice focuses on corporate and finance matters. Despite his young age he has an extensive exposure in transactional work. He has been involved in various transactions of acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs, project finance transactions.
As part of his main practice, he regularly advises local and foreign corporations on the structuring of commercial transactions, the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and corporate documentation, the conduct of due diligence reviews including due diligence on real estate portfolio.
