Triantafyllos Stavrakidis

Triantafyllos joined Your Legal Partners as an of counsel in August 2023. He is an expert in corporate, insolvency, antitrust, maritime and carriage law. He holds three postgraduate degrees in commercial, maritime and carriage law, as well as a PhD in maritime law, and serves as an Assistant Professor of business law at the University of the Aegean (Department of Business Administration). He is the author of two published books (“Defective decisions of the board of directors of a société anonyme” and “The collision of ships” both published by Nomiki Vivliothiki) and has contributed numerous articles to legal journals, along with commentaries on court rulings. Ηe is entitled to plead before the Supreme Court. Proficient in both English and French, he communicates fluently in both languages.
